Using item 11243 (Videre Elixir) kills the player, basically applies a ghost aura to allow the quest to proceed, and for the player to talk to a ghost NPC (Gaeriyan). The NPC is not visible under normal conditions. When a hardcore character uses the item at the required location, it kills the player and display the following world message:
On the official hardcore server, using Videre Elixir drops the player’s health to 1% and applies a buff called “Near death experience” for 5 minutes, allowing the player to see the target NPC and proceed with the quest. 
I couldn’t find the spell id 417463 in game using .aura command, wowhead description says the spell “Apply Aura: Invisibility Detection (10)”. Tried .aura 9436 but it doesn’t allow seeing the ghost NPC.Fixed
